The service was perfect, after we provided the itinerary and an indicative budget Nadia and her colleagues at SaltyTravel took care of booking the lodges for the nights and the 4x4 we used for travel.
All the lodges booked were just perfect, beautiful and ideally located for our itinerary, the car rental company was very reliable and provided us with a Toyota Fortuner 4x4 that was up to the task of the challenging Namibian gravel roads.
Nadia was always very kind and quick to respond to us through the RoughGuides portal, changing the itinerary several times based on our requests and availability of facilities, given also the short notice available (reservations in April for August).
Once the details were finalized we were provided with detailed itinerary with lots of suggestions regarding places to visit and activities available, with also access to the TravelKey app (containing in offline form all trip information and booking documents).
We were in constant phone contact via Whatsapp group with Nadia, who repeatedly checked in with us about how the trip was going.
Because of the quality of service provided and the speed and kindness of the dedicated consultant, I would absolutely recommend SaltyTravel for anyone planning a trip to Namibia and Central and Southern Africa.
